Welcome: Cascade Family Planning

In April 2000, Cascade Family Planning in Lakewood became part of FWHC when Dr. Dwight Williamson retired after 38 years of providing abortion in Tacoma and Sunnyside. Dr. Williamson plans to travel and teach abortion to medical students across the country. He will be greatly missed for his skill and personal care. Cascade Family Planning continues to offer first and second trimester abortion services at the same location in Lakewood (South Tacoma), serving women of Pierce and Thurston Counties, McCord and Lewis military bases, and the Olympic Peninsula. FWHC is proud of our role in preserving clinics and maintaining access to abortion services. Paula, Cascade's Clinic Manager, brings many years of women's health experience in California and Washington. "I am excited to become part of an organization that respects and supports women so passionately for their choices."
