Hi! ...where do you have that table for the safe and unsafe days ... please help!!!!!!!

Response:
Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) of birth control is about understanding and recognizing the time when you are fertile or not. It involves daily monitoring of cervical mucus, basal body temperature (BBT), and your own body's rhythm based upon temperature and first day of your cycle. When you know your fertile time you can make sure to use condoms or other barrier devices at those times. Or if you want to get pregnant, that's the best time to try.

Beware of Catholic Churches who recommend "rhythm" as you may or may not get enough information and you certainly won't receive information on methods of birth control to use during your fertile time..

Fertility Awareness for birth control is most useful for women who have very regular periods. The fertile time is roughly 7 days before ovulation, the day of ovulation and 3 days after; this is therefore one-third of your whole cycle.

An excellent resource book is Taking Charge of Your Fertility: The Definitive Guide to Natural Birth Control and Pregnancy Achievement by Toni Weschler. HarperCollins. 1995. This book teaches the 3 indicators of fertility in detail.
