My Baby

When I knew you were there, I was on top of the world. There was nothing that I wanted to hear, from you, but just that one word.
They say you were inside me, A part of my heart, part of my soul.
I can see you and feel you with me.
You complete me you make me whole.
Even if for a short time, It's the
strongest tie. You took every breath I did.
Now and will be till the day I die.
I am sure you felt mummy, Just as much as mummy felt you.
Honey I love you, And I know you would have loved me too.
No one can see you for some you never
existed. I don't know what happened to us,
but I swear I resisted.
I dreamt of you for years waited to hold
you just wanted to hear 'Mummy I love you'.
But it was not meant to be. I lost you before I felt your heart.
Way before I held you near me.
Life took us apart.
I still feel you inside. I feel you with me.
I see you smile in my eyes. I feel you kiss me goodnight.
