Shame

out of me you came,
not by nature
only i am to blame

i hide the pain, for who could be trusted?
to share my shame and my darkness,

now alone, i look in the mirror and feel such hate...

what have i done????

the confusion of my feelings is why i fear and hide from them.

Come back one day and I will know,
you were once the one who graced me so.
